All of our key staff members assigned to a project for a foreign enterprise client has available at his or her disposal instant messaging, email, mobile phone and Blackberry or its equivalent for instant email communication and are available virtually 24/7 for service. Our work is not limited to our China working hours; we frequently amend our working hours to accommodate foreign enterprise clients who may operate in a different time zone. We believe service is what will make us Number One and to this extent, we offer flexible working hours for all of our staff. This singular focus on provision of top flight service catered to foreign enterprises has helped us generate a diverse client base throughout the world, which has created opportunities for pioneering and interesting work.
While every matter is overseen by a senior attorney, we leverage just the right level of associates, paralegals, technicians, specialists and administrative staff to support a particular matter so that a case is never overworked nor under staffed. Our firm also employs a Client Service Manager who regularly follows up on our representation to ensure we are providing the kind of service the foreign enterprise client is looking for and also solicit feedback on how we can improve our service to our clients.
