CURRENT OPPORTUNITIES

Lateral Law Partners with expertise in Labor and Employment Law; Mergers and Acquisitions, litigation and Intellectual Property. A book of business is helpful. Must be independent and self-sufficient.

Executives with corporate experience in managing operations in China and substantial business consultancy background a plus. Knowledge in the manufacturing and distribution sector viewed favorably. Could join the staff of Trident as a lateral partner with a book of business.

Associates (3 to 5 years) admitted to the Chinese Bar with general experience with corporate work, intellectual property and contracts, including legal translation (English/Chinese). Advanced degree from overseas a plus.

Law Clerks/Legal Assistants (1 year any work experience acceptable). Assist with research, translation, and general legal coordination. English proficiency a must.

Summer Law Intern:
A non-paying position (some expenses are reimbursable). Available for a minimum of 70 days during summer months. Focus on research and writing. An evaluation and letter of recommendation given at the end of internship. Support most major Law School/University requirements. Legal major a must.
